Wingman is a resource management tool designed for airline managers that allows for efficient
management of crew, flights, locations, pilots, and planes via command lines. The
functionalities include adding, deleting, checking, or associating these airline-related
resources. The program is highly optimized for fast typers, while having an intuitive graphical
interface for managers to monitor the status of airline-related resources.
As an airline manager, I likely have a lot of planes, pilots and flights. When I want to assign a plane to a flight, I need to be able to find specific planes or pilots for the job. However, I am not able to do that. I am forced to scroll through the entire list of planes and/or pilots.
I believe that this issue can be implemented with a find function. Without a find function, I believe that the app would be much harder to use for the target audience. (Fast typists would not want to use a mouse to scroll, and airline managers would have too many planes/pilots to scroll through)
