Type: Design Flaw

Currently,

the target user is for librarians (in general) as in the UG:

perhaps it could be specified that it is for use in Singapore only (Singapore librarians/libraries) as it is specified that only Singapore phone numbers are valid:

This may cause inconveniences if someone from a different country wanted to use the application, or if someone in Singapore wanted to use the application, but only has a foreign number.

Perhaps it should be documented as a planned enhancement in the DG if you are planning to enable support for foreign librarians, or make the target user more specific.

Edit: it should be better specified in the DG as well.

Team's Response

Good point raised. However, we believe that the severity of this issue is too high as we will only be marketing this product to Singaporeans and thus, only a few users outside of Singapore will be inconvenienced by this.
