This is the page that appears when “Back to Top” is clicked. We feel that this is acceptable, because, when users click “Back to Top”, it usually means they want to navigate to somewhere else in the documentation via the contents page, instead of literally going to the “top” of the user guide and looking at the banner and welcome message.
Furthermore, the actual top of the document is only 1 page away, which can be reached with a single scroll and does not really affect user experience negatively.

Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.
It does not go to the top of the current page/ top of first page.
It actually goes to the TOC.
