Same module cannot be added for 2 different semesters #910

Description: Some students may retake the same modules in two different semesters, however this is not supported by the application.

To reproduce:

  1. Key in command add /m CS1101S /c 4 /y Y1S1
  2. Key in another command add /m CS1101S /c 4 /y Y1S2
  3. Error saying the module already been added shows up
