Missing feature to show languages of words and translated words

Upon pressing reveal, it only shows me the word and translated word. But does not show me the language that it is in. I believe this would be a useful feature to add that is not too difficult to implement. As someone who is learning a new language, for example, Chinese and Japanese, that may have similar characters and meaning, it would be useful to know the language of the original or translated word.
