running delete command in tree view leads to unexpected behaviour #1333

I ran delete 1 while in tree view, as you can see it deleted the person alex6, which has an index of 2. The tree view is also not updated afterwards.

It appears to delete based on the index of the last shown list. This can cause users to delete the wrong entries.
