The context of the term schedule has been made clear through our documentations.
In the aim of the app as mentioned in the UG as well as the value proposition mentioned in the DG,
UG
TutorConnect is an address book made for tuition centre coordinators to easily track and schedule tuition classes.
Say goodbye to scheduling conflicts and the complicated process of allocating classes to your tutors!
DG
Value proposition: help tuition centre managers easily manage tutors and allocate their schedules without conflict.
the app is designed to help tuition centre coordinators manage tuition classes scheduling. Thus, we feel that it is unnecessary to include the definition of schedule in the glossary.
Changing this severity to VeryLow as it does not hinder the user from using the application either.

For now, there are only three glossary term. However, some terms like "schedule" can be elaborate here as well. As schedule may refer to match schedule, game schedule, etc. It is better to clarify here.
