Problem: Pretty sure that the enumeration table should have a association arrow from Interview Types or a dependency arrow at the very least and should not be floating in the middle of the class diagram
Suggestion: Add a dependency arrow so they can see where you use Interview Type. If the Interview Type stores InterviewTypes enum, then you need to use an association arrow
