Duplicate telegram usernames #1478

Since telegram usernames are unique to a person, different people should not be able to have the same telegram username

Thank you for raising this issue. If you have carefully read our planned enhancements, we have clearly indicated that in the future iteration, we will be working towards making a person unique in CampusConnect. However, as of now, due to time constraints, we forgo this current problem we noticed. Moreover, this should be of a higher severity since you may be communicating with the wrong person as indicated on CampusConnect.
