For other commands, tutorial is referred to as the tut/ parameter, while for config it's t/ which also stands for tags for other commands. While it is explained pretty clearly in the UG, standardization can reduce confusion for the user.

The prefix#t/ in config refers to the total tutorial count, while tut/ refers to a specific tutorial. Making them the same would cause more confusion.
