Patient name does not allow common local names #1540

Consider the following name which is properly romanized and is quite a common name particularly in local contexts.

This is disallowed for, understandably, implementation reasons, however there is no clear justification for this.

Not being able to input such names would be very detrimental for a clinic whose key responsibility is to make sure that all their patients' records are properly and accurately stored.
