Email component of each employee is cut off #1750

When the phone number is too long, the email address will be cut off. Need to add something to the display of phone number to ensure email address is still readable Screenshot 2023-11-17 164258.png

Thanks for the bug report. However, as stated in the functionality bugs section of the cs2103 website (https://nus-cs2103-ay2324s1.github.io/website/admin/tp-pe.html#functionality-bugs-2):

"Problems caused by extreme user behaviors: If the problems can only happen in case of deliberate sabotage (e.g., user entered a 30-digit telephone number), in which case it should not be considered a bug."

Therefore, this is not considered a bug & rejected.
