Appointment on the same day for same person/different people

Currently, I can schedule an appointment for the same person at the same date and time without any warning. This might give rise to adding duplicate appointments.

Additionally, since there is no checking of conflicting appointments, a user can overschedule an appointment slot with too many people regardless of whether it is an individual or an admin for an organisation scheduling appointments for their patients. This could potentially result in conflicts in appointments.

Team's Response

As this product is targeted towards clinics, there is the possibility of multiple doctors within the clinic which the clinic admin can then assign the patients to different doctors. We do agree that this can be better done such as the assigning of doctors in a future enhancement and hence we chose to respond with NotInScope. However, we feel that it does not warrant a High severity as it only serves as a minor inconvenience to users and users can circumvent this by checking the list or calendar if there are any appointments at the specified date or time before adding the appointment.
