Adding leaves on public holidays

There are leave applications possible for well-accepted public holidays. Ideally this would be disallowed since leaves cannot be taken on public holidays as they are meant for everyone.

Team's Response

We designed HRMate to be culturally and geographically inclusive. Just because a particular country celebrates a particular holiday, does not necessarily mean that another country, or company for that matter, celebrates the same holiday.

Holidays also do not happen on the same date every year, and can be celebrated for a varying number of days, depending on the culture and country.
