Case-sensitiveness of preferred contacts will lower the users' experience

Steps to reproduce: Enter the following command:

• preferredContact 1 pc/Phone

The command execution fails as the value provided to pc/ is Phone rather than phone, same goes to Email rather than email.

Problematic behaviour:

Phone and phone are generally used interchangeably, blocking such inputs will not bring value to the user but allowing it does.

This is mentioned in planned enhancements, we know that it is a known issue but could not fix it due to the feature freeze.
