Able to edit 2 contacts to have same phone number and email address

I don't think it should be allowed since 2 person cannot have the same phone number and email address.

Thanks for the bug report. This is intentional behavior, as employees may be part of the same department, and share the same extension. An example of which is two interns, sharing the same table. These interns can work in separate work groups, coming in on Mondays to Wednesdays, and the other intern coming in on Thursdays and Fridays. They would share the same table, and hence the same office number, and are required to monitor a shared email inbox.

Ultimately, this allows for the use of ManageHR in an unimpeded fashion, and allow users to customize their input styles.
