Cross-language names not allowed

Describe the bug

Names that are not in English are not accepted, including Chinese kanji script.

To Reproduce

add n/早川 p/98765432 e/johnd@example.com a/311, Clementi Ave 2, #02-25 housing/HDB availability/NotAvailable animal/Dexter animalType/current.Dog t/Urgent t/goodWithDogs

Expected behavior

We expect them to be addable, as this is a sane name choice - users of the app may not necessarily be English.
