`add_tag_p` is not an intuitive command

As a medical condition, if I want to add a medical condition to a patient. I would be thinking to use a command like add_cond. This is much more intuitive than add_tag_p. I am not tagging a patient and p makes it seem even more cryptic.

This does not fit the description of a feature flaw as stated in the course textbook. In a way the user is tagging the patient with a medical condition.
