Missing user stories

Team's Response

I marked this as not in scope because this is not an absolute must have feature of our application to function and furthermore, we don't need to have every feature of the application to be captured by the user stories alone. As per the textbook, requirements of the application can be captured in other ways such as NFRs, use cases, feature lists, etc.
