Example commands for add-patient does not work

Copying and pasting the examples in the UG results in an error due to the lack of spacing before the "e/". This makes it less user friendly for people who would like to try the commands quickly, and not spend time debugging what's wrong with the example.

This is an issue that only came about when copy-pasting the examples from the PDF version of the User Guide. We also highlighted this possible issue in our UG, and the onus is on the user to be careful.
