No mention of the need to list aft INDEX features #3790

After running find john, I cannot refer to patients of other indexes (with reference to the original list of patients before the find command) without running list-patients first. However, this required step was not mentioned in the UG.

We mentioned in the explanation for parameters for patient index that it refers to the displayed patient list
