Stated in our NFRs that it is for English text, thus, not requiring need for special characters. Furthermore, target audience has been identified by the tester wrongly, in which it should be job fest event planners, and not NUS users, or Chinese student/teacher.

, which makes use of names in Japanese.I got the following outcome (not allowed).
This is problematic as while it is understandable that NUS users likely use romanticized names, what if someone like a Chinese student/teacher wants to keep contacts of other people in their native language? You should consider supporting this for better convenience and accessibility to the user.
