Help Window does not open when minimised after typing `help` #4795

After typing help for the first time, the help window appears:

Then proceed to minimise the help window.

Exepected Behaviour: After typing help again, the help window reopens.

Actual Behaviour

After typing help again, the help window remained minimised.

Hi, thank you for the bug report!

We agree that the help window should be brought to the front. However, it is unlikely to affect users, as they will probably have copied the url to the help page prior to minimising the window. Hence, we have labelled it as low.
