A user would not need to put that the medication is trademarked by some company.
There are only 2 possibilities we could think of: 1) The user needs to differentiate between medications of the same name, but trademarked by 2 different companies, which is not possible. 2) The user needs to differentiate between medications of the same name, but one is trademarked, and the other is not, which is once again not possible.

Description
For medication names, symbols such as ™ cannot be added, even though this is included in many drug names and to users, may be considered as alphanumeric symbol.
Reason for severity
The severity is low because this may usually only occur if the user copy paste from e-prescription directly. And if given enough experience, this can be avoided
