As a user, I am not sure if this would be suitable for myself. The explanation of this application is overly brief.

Team's Response

Although the team agrees that the target user could be more explicitly stated in the user guide, we believe that by stating the purpose of the application to be "managing employee records" and to "get your HR management tasks done faster", the value proposition is sufficiently stated to be greater efficiency in completing HR-related tasks, and suggests that our target users are HR personnel who can type fast, allowing them to complete their tasks quickly.
