This is problematic as while it is understandable that NUS users likely use romanticized names, what if someone like a Chinese student/teacher wants to keep contacts of other people in their native language? You should consider supporting this for better convenience and accessibility to the user.
Stated in our DG that it is meant for regular English text. Target audience has been misunderstood by the tester as this application is NOT meant for NUS Students, but Job Fest Event Planners.
