Allows users with emails with single label domains #5835

The system currently allows you to enter emails with single label domains (ie. no period in the domain name, such as abc@def). This should not be allowed as in the public internet context, single label domains are non-registrable and should not work.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enter the command add /n Abc /p 92345678 /e abc@def /g F /age 10 /eth Chinese /ic S1234569A /a ABC
