Incorrect error message for ecreate

The error is that the month and date are incorrect because it is higher than 12, but the error message does not correctly display the error.

This causes me to be confused at what the error actually is, and waste time thinking in the wrong direction

This is a good issue, but we feel that the error message is not strictly wrong, but can be thought of as vague in a sense. We may work on changing the error messages to be more specific in a future release.
