Deleting doctor does not delete corresponding appointment

Although mentioned in your UG that this is intended, after a while there will be outdated or invalid appointments in the list, hindering the efficiency of your medical administrators in finding which patient must visit which doctor or having to manually delete the appointments. Not mentioned in future enhancements too.

Another example of how this will affect efficiency is that the staff cannot add a new appointment to the patient as there exists an appointment at the same time with an invalid doctor
