@drustanyjt testing the website was not part of the PE. So, those bugs should be rejected. If the tester agrees with your rejection, their accuracy will not suffer; so, no loss to them except the time spent submitting the bug report.

We have received some documentation bug reports from phase I part 2 that says our team's online website has broken/incorrect URLs.
However the PE guidelines seems to say quite strictly to only give comments on the issues in the PDF:
Doe this mean I should Reject such issues? Could I use NotInScope to give the tester credit instead of penalizing them?
