A patient can allergy to number 123, contradict to the description in UG

your tag '123' are indeed alphanumeric characters that is not longer than 45 char. Not sure where the issue lies on. having numbers available is for situation such as someone can have different type of allergies such as type 1 allergy to penicillin which can be input as penicillinType1.
