Same issue, these are actually mentioned under our "Planned Enhancements" Section
As for non-English names, since this is NUS students, everyone here would have a name as per NUS matriculation that is spelt out in English.

In the Singapore society, it is quite common for names to include hyphen or comma such as "Shernice, Wang" or " Tan Beng-Kang". Chinese characters are possible as well. However, all these are not accepted and might cause inconvenience.
