UG does not make ample use of page breaks #1739

Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

Explanation Due to the lack of page breaks, the content of several sections in the UG is segmented into different pages in an unorganized way, which could cause minor inconvenience to users who may have printed out the user guide or are viewing it in a way that only displays one page at a time.
