Under FAQ, users are told that they can visit the team's GitHub repo to report issues.

I am not sure if GitHub is the most appropriate avenue for users to report bugs as they may not have a GitHub account or even know what GitHub is. Would dropping an email be a better alternative?

The app is downloaded from Github releases, as such they should be familiar with the Github interface.
