Description

Adding patients require you to enter foodPreference , familyCondition , hobby. In the real world, would we actually know these fields while entering information about these patients without talking to them?

Expected

Only certain fields should be compulsory here like , name, id while the rest can be added afterwards.

Hi! The main reason the nurse (user) is using this application is to record his/her own patient's information given that the user has known all the information and wish to remember the patient so that the patient can be served in a better way.
