Expected

A screenshot of the command terminal or some kind of guide to help users navigate to the correct directly and open it correctly as per the user guide.

Actual

A brief statement was provided about opening the command terminal and "cd" to the folder the jar file was placed in. It might not be clear to users unfamiliar with the terminal on what a "cd" command is or how to use it.

According the User Guide, PatientSync is optimized for use via a Command Line Interface (CLI). This optimization implies a certain level of familiarity with CLI conventions and commands.

Given that the app is designed for CLI use, it's reasonable to expect users to have at least a basic understanding of common CLI commands like "cd." In a CLI-optimized environment, users are likely to possess a level of technical proficiency that includes navigating directories using commands such as "cd.”
