Unable to input Chinese Names

As a remote team manager, many of my employees are from overseas may not have english names. Especially when working with a Chinese Team, I would need to add their chinese names into the application. Not being able to support this affects its functionality for me.

As seen in the image you provided, 'Names should only contain alphanumeric characters', Chinese characters do not classify as alphanumeric characters. Given that, you could also use the phonetic equivalent of names in other languages translated into alphanumeric characters, so this issue does not impede on the functionality of the app significantly.
