Indexes are not displayed for meetings

Currently, the meetings do not display its index, which may be inconvenient for the user to manage the meetings when a command requires a meeting index.

Why is it significant: Users can easily perform the wrong operation (reschedule, cancel, etc.) on the wrong meeting if they miscounted the index.

Suggestion: It would be great if index can be displayed for meetings, similar to how person's index are being displayed.

I marked this as Low severity as such operations are usually quite rare. Plus, the app already has an undo feature, which is great!

We think it is a good enhancement, but also not necessary to use the app so NotInScope.
