In UG, the following screenshot of the application interface's text bubbles have too small a font #2835

The text in the text bubbles (in green, red, orange, blue) are too small and it is hard to see, it is straining my eyes.

A suggestion would to be to have the text in a larger size and in black.

Bug type very low as this is purely cosmetic

If you are saying the color contrast does not fit the white theme when converting to a pdf, that is agreeable. However, the size of the annotation text bubbles is fine and completely readable. We tried the UG pdf version at 100% zoom (standard size) and it is completely readable. Moreover, you can zoom the pdf to read the annotations clearer. Therefore, we put this issue as Response.IssueUnclear
