Inaccurate MSS for UC01 in DG #2883

For use case UC01 in the DG, the extension for "2a" is that the list of students is currently empty. This shouldn't be a valid ending of the use case, since the use case is focused on adding a new student to the list. Whether the list is currently empty or not should be irrelevant.
