• Duplicate people can be added by simply typing names without capitalisation
• This can potentially be confusing and result in errors when using the app

Team's Response

We do not agree that duplicate names are a source of confusion because applicants/interviewers are already differentiated clearly by email and phone number. Moreover, there can always be multiple applicants/interviewers with the same name. If we restrict Hiring Managers from adding duplicate names, the application will become far less useable for them since everytime there is an applicant with the same name they need to find some arbitrary way to differentiate the names such as extra characters or numbers.
