Unreasonable phone number constraint

Overview Constraint for the phone number parameter is not very realistic (no phone number is only 3 digits, or 30 digits long).

Steps to reproduce

• Start up with the default json file.
• Enter commands:

  add_applicant n/Wesley Bob p/123 e/wesleyyu@gmail.com

Expected behaviour

• allows phone numbers within a reasonable range (6 - 12)

Actual behaviour

• accepts very short or very long phone numbers

Potential solution

• More realistic phone number constraints

Team's Response

We initially considered allowing only valid Singapore phone numbers. However, we realised Hiring Managers may need to engage applicants that do not have Singaporean numbers. Thus in this iteration we give them much more freedom in setting phone numbers. However, in a future iteration we can consider adding more restrictions.
