User guide does not give effective overview of app's intended usage #3519

[Problem] As a first time user of the app and user guide, I am unable to pinpoint what exactly is MediTrack's intended use for its target users.

In the intro, phrases such as offering an intuitive platform for recording and managing patient data may be quite general and does not help readers grasp what kind of patient data is to be recorded and managed.

Additionally, promises such as our application is built with the dual purpose of enhancing patient care and streamlining administrative tasks may be misleading as there is no explicit feature in the app that has been implemented to enhance patient care, features have all been designed to streamline administrative tasks.

Team's Response

The issue suggested may be quite valid, but we believe that it's not deemed to be a bug. The purpose of the app does give an overview of what our application does. Moreover, in terms of enhancing patient care, our app does increase the patient data management efficiency, which could lead to enhanced patient care.
