Concept of slots_left and vacancies need better clarification in UG

[UG] Currently the first mention of valency is in the list of parameters table

The explanation for how vacancies work in slots_left and add_jobs, changing status etc can be better explained in a small section giving a brief overview. Currently the reader is left to gather from all over the place what vacancies means.

Slot left also refer to itself as vacancies left which can be confusing

Thank you for the feedback. We have assigned a Response of NotInScope because the details are already correctly stated within the slots_left command with the example execution accompanied by screenshots, highlighting the difference between initial vacancy and remaining vacancy that slots_left command intends to return, but we agree that it might be better to extract out the information into another section in future iterations.
