The tag seems to be case insensitive. #3655

Common usage of the tag suggested by the user guide is day of week + time(e.g. TUE08). Also this is a common naming in Nus. However, some people might try to add tue08 or Tue08, depending on their styles. This causes the same tutorials identified as different.

image.png add tutorial using different cases (TUE08, tue08 etc) expected: duplicate error, but they are added.

The tag names are case sensitive (as opposed to case insensitive suggested in the report title). As such this is considered a duplicate report of #5561
