Team's Response

Thank you for the suggestion. We did not mention this in our user guide as our app does not guarantee sorting contacts by alphabetical order. This is because we allow numeric characters in contact names. By including this additional information, we may instead be confusing our readers. Additionally, omission of this this information is unlikely to affect the usage of the application.
