Unclear if its a dashed or solid line in UML diagram #3868

On page 3 under UI, while I believe the line from UIManager to <> UI looks like that as it is supposed to be a dashed line, it is unclear as it is too short. Might be a PlantUML limitation, but tt would be good to try and rearrange the diagram such that it is clearer. Currently, it could be a solid line arrow that is not connected to UIManager
