Address can be non-alphanumeric #4048

According to the UG, address are required to be alphanumeric, however we can add a person (e.g. addPatient i/T0123458A n/John Donuts b/2001-01-30 p/98765432 e/johnd@example.com a/RichEstate @Sentos, #69-69 t/insulin t/panadol) with non-alphanumeric addresses.

@ , # - and whitespaces are non-alphanumeric characters.
