Variations of date input #4255

Having more variations like 5th may 2024, 05/05/24, etc will give users more freedom to type the dates. This is because there are different habits of users (ie user might find it difficult to type dates in the format that you specified). Therefore it might be better to allow for other vairations of date input.

Team's Response

This will be good to consider in the future, but there are also significant problems, e.g. date formats being too diverse, leading to possible confusion, "/" is used for parameter prefix etc. Since we have clearly specified the date format in UG and in error messages, the user can still use this with no issues.
