This application should have a check out of hospital field

As a medical patient tracking program for nurse, it should include a command that lets patient to check out of the hospital and record the date of check out or number of visits. Without this command, there will only be patients admitting and it will be hard to keep track of the patients who are currently being treated in the hospital.

Team's Response

As mentioned in the user guide, it is highly suggested for nurses to delete the contact after the patient is discharged, to follow local regulations (especially since it is personal use for the nurse). Furthermore, this application complements the hospital's EMR, which will have a patient database for storing such information.
